2 years in NS, yet...

Its been 2 years since my enlistment date, 03/06/2005. Today, is 04/06/2007 and by right, i should have ORD-ed on 02/06/2007, or in other words 01/06/2007, since those who ORD on weekends will get their IC on friday.

But sad to say, until now, I still can't get my IC, no thanks to a particular CPT in camp. Not only has he delayed signing my clearance form since 2 weeks ago, today, he did another stunt. I went to camp around 10.30am in the morning and was hoping to get everything done by 12 noon, but when I was looking for him, he said he was outside going for a meeting and will only be back around 1.30pm. Fine, since I suppose there won't be any other cock-ups, so I waited. When its finally time, I called him and found that he was in one of the battalion's company mess playing PS2 (his "so called" meeting).

Sure enough, he did sign the clearance form, at the expense of my time, yet again. When I went to look for S1 to sign, I was told that S1 went out camp for course at 12 noon (the stipulated time that I'd expect to finish everything and get my IC). What the fuck is this? So the stupid CPT delayed my time, time and time again, just for what? I was supposed to get my IC last friday and I won't be getting it tomorrow or maybe who knows when?

Just because the rank is higher, doesn't mean that you can make use of your rank to terrorise people and delay their ORD (or collection of IC).

CPT Erh Thian Sin, "thank you" for making my ORD so "peaceful". I'm sure to make this matter big, so that it will smear your namesake. I'll never forget what kind of a fucked up person you are. =)
