Management

I know I'm not supposed to talk about work when at home, but when you have a boss that's seriously brainless, you really have no choice but to complain.

Previously I already mentioned I'm working there because the company was migrating to SAP system (which I think is an ok program to use, thanks to my knowledge in army). Unfortunately, because my department's manager decided to undertake the implementation of the system without looking through the ground level of the other staff's job.

Thus the implementation of the system created many hiccups for every department, and a job that's supposed to be for purchasing department has become my job. Yet.... When I think about it, its actually my manager's scheme for "controlling" the other departments.

Office politics at its best..... and not to mention, the whole company doesn't like my manager. XD


Songs?

I realised I need to polish on lots of songs.... too many new songs to sing, and not much practice... XD

Yet.... it seems like going KTV is starting to become boring.... I realised that aside from singing new songs, I seem to get the kick of singing with strangers....

Its weird, but true. I realised that singing with the same people all the time, doesn't really bring the next level out, unless practice is done to perfect songs (which however, my friends so far... don't really go for that). So what's the other thing to do then?

Obviously... SING for new people to listen! and also listen to how other people sing! Its the best way to pick up tips from other singing enthusiasts!

I think if I'm to practice perfection for my songs, I'd do it at home, at least it saves money. XD

X'mas Blues

Seems like this year's Christmas is going to be very quiet and dull. Not much is going on and seriously nothing is going to happen around that time. And the best part is, taxi fares increased in charges JUST before Christmas.... good luck to those going for countdown.

I wonder whether should I celebrate or not.... I took a long leave, but I don' t think I'd be doing much.... sigh.... guess its just another resting day after all....
