In a flash, you came into my life,
bringing joy and hope.
In an instant, you came into my life,
warming my frozen emotions.

Like a lightning bolt, you crashed into my life,
letting my heart beat once more.
Like a speeding bullet, you tore into my life,
putting a stop to the heart yet again.

no blood drips...

yet the sounds echo away....

drip drip drip....

its not the heart that is bleeding....

Gushing out like a geyser, are the feelings that I have for you,
Thundering like waves, it calls out to you.
Swirling in circles, my emotions twirl in confusion,
Spinning its way out of control....

Yet there are not tears coming out from my eyes....

no teardrops can be found...

yet the sounds echo away....

drip drip drip......

where does the sound come from?

It beats with each breath that I take,
bearing the emotional turmoil that I partake.

what drips is not blood, but tears, the teardrops that form within the heart....
