How do you....

work properly when you have a friend working with you in the same department and is your buddy?

Especially when he doesn't do work seriously, lies about his work performance, and treats working like a game?

I seriously feel that the boss is displeased about the results and the way we can't give numbers and present evidence of our work.

Sure, being a temp worker means you got lesser obligations, but that doesn't mean that we have to lie about the job. Deceit is not going to get anyone, anywhere....

I tell my numbers as accurately as possible (because its hard to gauge how many ads we can put up in a morning), but that doesn't please the boss (hello?! its a 2 man team, how are we going to comb finish the whole of Singapore to get people to join?).

The other downside to why my friend doesn't work properly is the lack of commission for our work.

They say, when you hang out with someone long enough, you are bound to know his/her good/bad points. More often than not, you tend to notice the bad points.

I realised that by being close to him, going out with him to work, or to enjoy..... I tend to spend more money. That, by itself, is not good.... because I need to save, unlike him, who spends even before he earns.....

Perhaps I should really change my job, to be in a different environment.... the job doesn't suit me, the clique doesn't really suit me....

maybe... nothing suits me...

I don't know...

I'm feeling alone again..... sigh...
