Last few days of....
Enjoyment.
I have played too long, and I have played too much. Grades affected, work affected... and maybe some personal relationships could have been affected.
But then again, who's to say what is right or wrong?
Anyways, I have had a crazy weekend last week. Went for a bear club outing at Bishan, then went to one of the KTV pubs in Boat Quay to celebrate a friend's birthday, then played mahjong till early in the morning.
Then this week was also crazy.
Saturday went to Sentosa for a company event, dinner and watch the laser show "Song of the Sea", the show was so so, and the location of the restaurant couldn't really see the show properly, not a very good location.
I went photo taking after the show and headed back home.
Sunday, 29th June
I woke up super early just to go down to the Toys and Comics convention to queue for the bear brick toy. Pooh bear, Wen Xian and I all queued up for 2 hours plus before collecting the toy and subsequently going into the hall. The toys were plentiful, but the booths were so so. Bandai's booth was the nicest looking one, and the cosplayers were very cute (a couple of them only....) some of the cos-players are very.... not original and don't really look like the characters they are portraying.
The world of JJ boss? Didn't even realise the three of us were there. Haha.
I went for a quick lunch at KFC and proceeded to Orchard for my rare organising of an outing in Sgclub. This outing is a theme based KTV where I call the shots of what songs to sing.
First up was boy/girl band songs, followed by 2 words songs and then 4 words songs and dramatic/cinematic songs. Finally it ended with duets (guy/guy, guy/girl).
All in all, this KTV idea is pretty fresh and is quite unique, it makes people think when singing KTV.
I will be organising a makan outing to New York New York, most likely in town area or AMK hub. There I will be going for the Yankee burger challenge. A few of my Sgclub friends has agreed to take up the challenge too. I wonder if any one else dare to try... the god-like 8-inch burger. XD
