Arrows

Its amazing when someone of a higher authority starts to kick up a fuss over Person A's mistake and blames Person B for it. Even though prior instructions weren't passed down properly, at least do tell newer people nicely on what are the proper steps.

Fuck the hidden Red Tapes.

If a company runs entirely on following invisible Red Tapes, everything will be done based on cover-up, and boot-licking. Skinner's Operant Conditioning, do good, get reward, do bad, get nothing, or punishment. This is one way that O.C. is used in a bad way, promoting bad culture and bad practices within a company.

I think I am really going to reach my limit of tolerence... shit like this shouldn't happen in an established company, but I suppose sometimes the saying of "you can't teach old dogs new tricks" is very very true.

Grrrrrr..
